Doing pilates at this studio is amazing, they have all the material necessary to do a complete class. Classes are semi-private, small groups. What I would highlight the most is the instructor BRIAN, he is an incredible person, capable of bringing out the best in each student. He gives his all in his work and knows perfectly well the pathologies that his students have, in order to be able to adapt or modify the exercises. In this type of training, it is very important that they have this information to be able to reach everyone. In my case I can say that I have been practicing this discipline for years and the progress I have made with this instructor I had never achieved before. I have received very unprofessional treatment. Through a phone call we agreed on a day to start specialized classes for pregnant women. I went on the indicated day, the girl at the reception, very friendly, showed me the locker room and I changed to start. Minutes passed and no one appeared, neither the other pregnant women nor the teacher. The girl at the reception called the teacher, who treated her terribly because at first she hung up the phone on her and barely gave her an explanation. The girl at the reception very kindly tried to explain to me what had been canceled and they had not notified me. Ok, it's okay, we all make mistakes. He took note of my information and we agreed that they would call me to confirm my next class. I'm still waiting for the call. Not even an apology message. The truth is that I find it a shameful deal. Luckily I have already found another center specialized in pregnant women where they take very good care of me and I feel supported and in the hands of professionals.

After a year of going to pilates class with Maria José, the improvement has been very notable. I have forgotten about back pain and am able to rest at night.
